The people who
run the program.
Caplendavento's program is facilitated by educators and fiscal literacy specialists who understand both the administrative reality of small Mexican businesses and the practical challenges of learning new digital tools.
Our Approach to Teaching
The facilitators at Caplendavento come from backgrounds in adult education and small business administration. The program was developed specifically for people who are not accountants, do not have prior tax knowledge, and need practical, step-by-step guidance rather than theoretical lectures.
Every session is kept small intentionally. This allows each participant to receive individual attention, ask questions without hesitation, and work through their specific situation with guidance. The goal is not to turn participants into tax experts — it is to give them the specific skills they need to manage their own CFDI invoicing independently.
Sessions are conducted in Spanish, in plain everyday language. Technical terms are explained as they arise, not assumed as prior knowledge.
Principles we work by
Practice Over Theory
Every concept introduced in the program is immediately applied in a hands-on exercise. Participants do not just hear about CFDI invoicing — they do it, in real time, with their own SAT credentials.
Questions Are the Point
The program is structured around the questions participants actually have, not a fixed curriculum that ignores real confusion. Facilitators adapt each session to address what participants genuinely need to understand.
No Judgment
Many participants arrive feeling embarrassed about not understanding SAT processes. The program creates a non-judgmental environment where starting from zero is normal and expected.
Independence as the Goal
The measure of success is not whether participants enjoyed the session — it is whether they can issue a CFDI invoice on their own, without help, after the program ends. That is the only outcome that matters.
Based in Xalapa, serving the local micro-entrepreneur community.
Caplendavento operates from Avenida las Trancas 47 in Xalapa, Veracruz. The program was developed in response to a clear local need: micro-entrepreneurs in the region who register with SAT under RESICO but have no accessible, practical resource to help them understand their invoicing obligations.
